This sweet little tee is perfect for spring and summer. The elliptical hem flares slightly for a flattering fit, and simple mesh lace at the top adds a breezy element. FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Bust - 32¼ (33¾, 35¼, 36½, 38, 39¼, 40¾, 42) (43½, 44¾, 46¼, 47¾, 49, 50½, 51¾)". Intended to be worn with 0-2" of negative ease. Size shown is 32¼" with 1¾" of negative ease. Shown in Berroco "Corsica" (90% cotton, 10% cashmere; 150 yds/1.75 oz) - Rose Petal #3642. 5 (5, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 6)(7, 7, 7, 7, 8, 8, 8) balls. NEEDLES: U.S. size 4 (3.5mm) 16" (40cm) and 32" (80cm) circular needles. U.S. size 5 (3.75mm) 24" (60cm) and 32" (80cm) circular needles. Adjust needle sizes as needed to obtain correct gauge. OTHER: Stitch holders, stitch markers, tapestry needle. GAUGE: 23 sts/30 rows = 4" in stockinette, worked in round on larger needle, blocked. 23 sts/29 rows = 4" in Mesh Pattern, worked flat on larger needle, blocked. SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate. Techniques include long tail cast on, short row shaping, simple lace, 3-needle bind off, knitted cast on, and picking up stitches. CONSTRUCTION: Knit in the round from the bottom up, with decreases for an A-line silhouette, and short rows to shape the hem. Front and back are separated at the armholes and knit flat and the shoulders are joined with 3-needle bind off.
